Product may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt less shipping costs. We cannot accept merchandise or offer a refund on an item that has been used, washed, altered or missing items. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours. We will credit all refunds to the original payment source; however, depending on your bank it may take up to 7-14 days to see this in your account. If the original payment source is not available, we reserve the right to issue a check to be mailed to the original billing address.
Customers will be refunded for the total cost of the order if it is canceled prior to shipment.
If you wish to receive a return label from iceScreen, send us an email at email@example.com, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Faulty items may be returned at no extra cost for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will be processed only for like items. For example, if you would like a Classic Large White instead of Classic Large Black, no problem. Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll happily exchange this for you provided the item is still in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange an item with altogether different product, simply purchase the new item and return the original (see return policy).

Domestic and International shipping is offered. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
If the order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or outdated address, there will be a reship fee to resend the order back out to you. We ship to the address you entered. We do not offer refunds for addresses that are undeliverable. Please take extra care and be sure to enter your delivery address correctly.
